These terms of use (hereafter the Terms) govern your use of the Courveia website and the conditions of sale, shipment and purchase of Courveia products.

We ask you to read these Terms attentively before using the website or purchasing a product. By using the website, you express your agreement to these Terms. Any change to these Terms will be immediately effective and will bind you from the moment you use the website.

Nothing contained on the website can be construed as granting a license or rights to use any trademark without Courveai’s prior written consent.

    1. Courveia makes its best endeavours to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. However Courveia does not warrant or represent that Coureveia’s content is accurate or that use of Courveia content will not infringe rights of third parties.

    2. Courveia and its provider do not warrant that the functional and/or technical aspects of the website will be error free or free of viruses or other harmful components. If use of the website or Courveia content results in the need for repair or replacement measures Courveia and its provider are not responsible for those costs.

    3. Everything on the Platforms is provided to you "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Courveia makes no warranties about the Courveia content or any item or information taken from using the Platforms.

    4. Please note that in some jurisdictions consumer protection laws may not allow certain exclusions or limitation of warranties or liabilities, and consequently some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply.

  5. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS
    We take great care in presenting our products. Slight variations in color, materials, or finish may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects.

  6. LEGAL CAPACITY AND END 

    1. You may only order products if you have reached legal majority and are able to enter into contracts.

    2. You may not purchase with a view to deliver or sell products for commercial purposes.

  7. ORDERS & CONTRACT CONCLUSION

    1. By placing an order on our website, you make a binding offer to purchase.

    2. A contract is only concluded once you receive an email acknowledging the placement of your order.

  8. PRICES & PAYMENT

    1. All prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs), unless stated otherwise. The prices include sales taxes /VAT but exclude shipping costs and other taxes unless expressly stated.

    2. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and other methods offered at checkout.

    3. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

  9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    1. Deliveries are made worldwide, shipping costs are shown at checkout.

    2. Delivery times are approximate and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g. courier services, customs)

    3. Ownership and risk for the products pass to you at the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier for delivery, unless otherwise agreed. For shipments to consumers, risk transfers only when you receive the goods. Once risk has transferred, we are not liable for loss, damage, or destruction of the products. 

  10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/ RETURNS

    1. 10.1.Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. However, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery

    2. 10.2.Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

    3. 10.3.Refunds will be issued once the returned goods have been inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  11. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

    1. 11.1.If your product is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

    2. 11.2.We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

    3. 11.3.Where appropriate, we offer a repair service for additional charge.

    4. 11.4.In all countries where this clause is legal and permitted, our liability shall in no circumstance exceed the 100% of the price of the product(s) in your order. 

  12. TERMINATION

    You agree that Courveia may terminate or suspend your access to and use of the website if Courveia reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms of Use.

    The provisions entitled "Limitation of liability" and "General provisions" will survive termination of these Terms of Use

  13. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND APPLICABLE LAW 

    1. The Courveia content presented on the website is intended to showcase and promote Courveia’s products and makes no undertaking that they are appropriate or available for every country in the world. You are responsible for complying with local law.

    2. If any clause of these Terms is found to be illegal invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the clauses shall not be affected, unless otherwise required by law

    3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Courveia

  14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    1. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising under, out of or relating to these Terms (including the Privacy Policy) and any subsequent amendments of these Terms, including, without limitation, its formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach or termination, as well as non-contractual claims, shall first be referred to the WIPO Mediation rules in accordance with the WIPO Mediation Rules. The place of mediation shall be Geneva. The language to be used in the mediation shall be English.

    2. If the Mediation fails after a maximum 3o days following written notification of the claim, such dispute shall.be referred exclusively to the court of Zurich and shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.
