RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/ RETURNS
10.1.Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. However, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery
10.2.Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
10.3.Refunds will be issued once the returned goods have been inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
WARRANTY & LIABILITY
11.1.If your product is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
11.2.We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
11.3.Where appropriate, we offer a repair service for additional charge.
11.4.In all countries where this clause is legal and permitted, our liability shall in no circumstance exceed the 100% of the price of the product(s) in your order.
TERMINATION
You agree that Courveia may terminate or suspend your access to and use of the website if Courveia reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms of Use.
The provisions entitled "Limitation of liability" and "General provisions" will survive termination of these Terms of Use
GENERAL PROVISIONS AND APPLICABLE LAW
The Courveia content presented on the website is intended to showcase and promote Courveia’s products and makes no undertaking that they are appropriate or available for every country in the world. You are responsible for complying with local law.
If any clause of these Terms is found to be illegal invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the clauses shall not be affected, unless otherwise required by law
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Courveia
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising under, out of or relating to these Terms (including the Privacy Policy) and any subsequent amendments of these Terms, including, without limitation, its formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach or termination, as well as non-contractual claims, shall first be referred to the WIPO Mediation rules in accordance with the WIPO Mediation Rules. The place of mediation shall be Geneva. The language to be used in the mediation shall be English.
If the Mediation fails after a maximum 3o days following written notification of the claim, such dispute shall.be referred exclusively to the court of Zurich and shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.
